Momo's Flowers and More is located in Albany California at 853 Ramona Avenue just off the busy shopping street Solano Avenue. It is also just down the street from two high schools. Albany High and El Cerrito High. Students stroll by the shop almost every day on their way to a quick off campus lunch. Many have stopped in to marvel at Momo's flowers and gifts. We are delighted to see them coming back in with their boy or girlfriends to order corsages and boutonnieres this prom season.
There is something sublimely sweet about this first flush of love getting manifested in the form of flowers. Many have brought pictures of their dresses. Some fellas may be blushing as bright as the roses in Momo's cooler. Giggles and nervous laughter fill the shop. The selection of ribbon color sparks major discussions. But through it all, one thing is certain: Love is in the air here at Momo's Flowers and More and we are only too happy to play cupid to all the fine young men and women who have dared, despite the blushing and the nerves, to go to the prom!
