Mazel Tov! Momo Makes a Wedding Bloom.

Mazel Tov! Momo Makes a Wedding Bloom.

On a recent foggy morning in Berkeley, Momo and her team (Yoko, Ron and Bruce) were hard at work preparing the flowers for a Jewish wedding to occur that afternoon. Bridal bouquets, eighteen feet of eucalyptus garland, corsages, boutonnières, centerpieces were created with care and Momo's signature attention to detail. But this wedding required another floral element to make this special day even special-er.

The Chuppa! The traditional canopy that is used in Jewish ceremonies needed to be decorated with garlands and flowers. And it all had to be done in a tight time frame. So the team went to work. Each table had three separate vases of different sizes- Momo's answer to bringing the floral cost within the lovely couples budget- making it look elegant and rich without breaking the bank- and meanwhile the Chuppa poles are eight feet tall! Luckily Bruce is tall as well and all went off without a hitch. And guess what? The sun came out just in time. So Mazel Tov to the happy couple! We just hope that after their honeymoon they send us some pictures of the ceremony. They (and the flowers) were beautiful!
