I so appreciate how Momo's always takes a photo of the arrangement prior to deliver and have gone the extra mile to let me know when there's even a little delivery hiccup, such as recipient not answering the door and phone call. That heads-up lets me follow through with the recipient. The arrangement is always as beautiful as photographed, and the flowers are so incredibly fresh! My recipients have absolutely loved Momo's, and I'll forever be a customer of Momo's!

I love that they send a picture of the arrangement before they send it out. I have had the experience with sub optimal Flowers, and these were lovely.
